  • Participates in requirements discussions
  • Coordinates with HRIT System Administrator and Platform Administrator to assist with ServiceNow patches and when the patches are applied to instances
  • Designs, configures, and customizes new HR applications and HR Service processes
  • Develops UI forms, fields, notifications, and workflows
  • Creates new HR service catalog requests and items with variables
  • Identifies and defines business solutions for all HR users, aiding in translating HR business requirements into technical requirements
  • Provides ServiceNow HR configuration, including screen tailoring, workflow administration, and report setup
  • Builds reports, gauges, and home pages
  • Searches, populates, and customizes the HR knowledge base
  • Maintains service level agreements (SLA) and monitors SLA workflows
  • Participates in all phases of testing and go-live activities
  • Maintains the configuration and updates to the HR platform once the system is live, in partnership with the Platform Administrator



  • 5+ years’ experience implementing, configuring and customizing ServiceNow
  • 5+ years’ experience with HR Service Management and related tools
  • Integration exposure with HRSM/HRIS system (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Knowledge of related HR systems and their functions
  • Experience in implementing ServiceNow processes and functions
