Job Overview
Support the Finance Digital Initiatives team to prepare for upcoming SAP upgrade/replacement. Responsibilities include:
- Documenting status quo finance business processes and interfacing processes as process flow diagrams.
- Identifying process inefficiencies and challenges and recommending opportunities for improvement.
- Documenting the team’s new/revised processes as process flow diagrams.
- Translating future state process flow diagrams and business requirements as user stories in Azure DevOps.
- Facilitating sessions with subject matter experts and process owners to develop user stories that result in testable products at the end of each Agile sprint.
- Preparing draft governing documents and job aids to reflect the new/revised business processes.
- Support the Finance Digital Initiatives team in developing a standard framework for the documenting and maintaining business process information. Lead the on-the-job training of permanent employees to develop internal Business Analyst resources.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in: Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar discipline.
- 15+ years’ experience as an Information Technology Business Analyst.
- Experience in defining business processes for use in supporting software development and testing.
- Technical experience in estimation of development efforts.
- Experience with MS PowerBI, Azure DevOps, Databricks, as well as familiarity with Python.
- Experience applying System Development Life Cycle, Waterfall and Agile-Scrum methodologies, and business process reengineering principles.
- Experience with SharePoint, SQL, SAP.
