Job Overview
- Provide direct support to business leaders and hiring managers by helping them identify and fulfill their staffing needs, ensuring recruitment processes and best practices are followed, and delivering a high level of service throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job search requirements, clarify roles and responsibilities, and establish clear timelines for recruitment and candidate evaluation.
- Review and assess candidate applications, including conducting detailed resume screenings, to ensure only qualified candidates move forward in the recruitment process.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment and onboarding strategies by understanding organizational goals, reviewing job descriptions, and consulting with hiring managers to determine the best approach for sourcing talent.
- Promote and support diversity and equity in recruitment by participating in and advancing initiatives that encourage the hiring of candidates from a wide range of backgrounds and skill sets.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in recruitment practices by identifying opportunities for change, staying informed about industry best practices, and leveraging technology and data to enhance recruitment reporting and tracking.
Qualifications
- 4 Year University Degree in Social Sciences, Business, Human Resources, or a related field with relevant experience
- Minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience required
- Strong recruitment advisory capabilities, providing advice and counsel to hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Strong interpersonal skills: the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships across the business internally and externally with talent in the candidate market; act as our client’s representative and brand ambassador.
- Experience recruiting and working with equity deserving candidates; building a welcoming environment; demonstrating trust and support; supporting and providing candidates with necessary accommodations.
- Experience with ATS systems, specifically SAP SuccessFactors
