Job Overview

Job Title: Program Delivery Analyst

Reports To: Program Director Department: ERP Program Office

Job Summary:

  • The Program Delivery Analyst will provide essential support to multiple Project Managers and cross-functional teams in the ERP Program Office. This role involves hands-on work in analyzing key program documents. supporting project execution, and facilitating program planning activities.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and excellent communication skills to drive insights and ensure smooth program operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in program planning, including the creation and updates of Program Office Repository, Business Plans. RFP Proposals and other artifacts in ProjecUProgram Management practice as required.
  • Conduct document analysis, ensuring alignment across Budget Plans, Resource Plans, and project documentation. Provide hands-on support in program execution, including research, preparing reports, and tracking project deliverables.
  • Assist Project Managers with coordinating and documenting workshops, preparing agendas, capturing action items, and following up on key decisions.
  • Support leadership in number crunching and data analysis, identifying key insights from financial and operational data.
  • Deliver high-quality presentations (slide decks) for workshops, executive leadership meetings, and various stakeholders. ensuring clarity and impact.
  • Develop and maintain tracking mechanisms to monitor program KPls, milestones and risk assessments.
  • Facilitate communication between various program teams and ensure timely updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. Information Technology, Business Administration. or a related field. Master’s degree in a related field is an asset.
  • Design and PowerPoint experience

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project). Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power Bl).

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues. Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Business Acumen:

  • Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to analyze business needs and requirements. Familiarity with business process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

Experience:

  • 2-5 years of experience in program delivery analysis or a related field.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities. Certifications:
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, CSPO).
  • ITIL Foundation certification.
