Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate a modernization roadmap that aligns with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Own, manage, and optimize the product backlog, prioritizing initiatives that enhance safety, efficiency, and compliance in nuclear operations.
  • Collaborate with senior business stakeholders, including engineering, IT, operations, and regulatory bodies, to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product strategies.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to manage competing demands, ensuring that business priorities are effectively balanced and aligned with available resources.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPls) to measure the success of initiatives and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Champion Agile best practices in a traditionally structured environment, advocating for iterative improvements and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Senior Product Owner, or Product Manager role within an Agile environment.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align teams across the organization.
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, SAFe, and Lean principles.
  • Proven ability to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements from multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience developing data-driven product strategies and leveraging analytics tools.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), or equivalent certification.
