Job Overview
The primary objective of this assignment is to ensure the quality, reliability, and accuracy of the Employee Central system and its associated modules: Recruitment, Onboarding, Compensation, and Talent by executing comprehensive testing activities. This will involve following detailed test scripts, identifying and documenting issues, and collaborating with the development team to resolve defects.
Key Responsibilities:
Test Execution:
Execute test cases for the Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Compensation, and Talent modules as per the provided test scripts.
Ensure thorough coverage of all functional and integration scenarios.
Issue Logging and Tracking:
Log any bugs, defects, or issues encountered during testing in Azure DevOps, ensuring detailed descriptions, steps to reproduce, and relevant screenshots are included.
Track the status of reported issues and work with the development team for timely resolution.
Issue Management:
Log all issues systematically, maintaining clear and organized records for reference and reporting.
Update issue statuses in Azure DevOps as they progress through the resolution workflow.
Re-testing and Regression Testing:
Re-test resolved issues to confirm fixes and ensure no new defects have been introduced.
Perform regression testing as needed to validate system stability after updates or bug fixes.
Test Script Maintenance:
Update and refine test scripts based on system changes, new requirements, and feedback from testing cycles.
Ensure all test documentation is current and aligned with the latest system configurations.
Status Reporting:
Provide regular updates on testing progress, outstanding issues, and overall system quality to stakeholders.
Highlight critical defects or blockers that may impact project timelines or deliverables.
Expected Outcomes:
High-quality, defect-free implementation of the Employee Central and related modules.
Comprehensive documentation of test cases, issues, and resolutions.
Timely communication and collaboration with project teams to ensure successful system delivery.
Qualifications
Experience with HRIS systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
Proficiency in using Azure DevOps for test management and issue tracking.
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and effective communication.
