Job Overview

• Help develop a training path to increase data fluency
• help develop, execute and manage a plan to communicate OPG’s data, analytics and AI strategy.
• actively participate and help communicate the vision and roadmap for data products, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Craft and disseminate compelling narratives via intranet postings, emails, presentations, and other communication channels to promote data initiatives and their benefits.
• Simplify complex data concepts for diverse audiences, enhancing company-wide understanding and data fluency.
• Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding and alignment on data projects.
• Act as a product owner within an Agile framework, managing the backlog and prioritizing tasks to deliver value iteratively.
• Monitor project progress, track metrics, and report on the status of data initiatives to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• help roll out and communicate the data governance program
• help with communication with digital innovations initiatives

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex data concepts in simple terms.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to work across functional boundaries.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence without formal authority.
