Job Overview
Support annual year-end activities, including drafting communications, reviewing eLearning and webinars to educate HR and leaders, analysis of data, management and administration of data into SAP Successfactors, calibration in partnership with HR Business Partners.
Qualifications
- College diploma of university degree in Human Resources, Finance, or Mathematics
- Experience with advanced excel
- Experience with compensation year-end planning and execution
