Job Overview
- Leverage expertise in project controls and lessons learned processes to capture and document lessons learned from project experiences ensuring that valuable insights are retained and shared across the organization.
- To provide guidance and support to project teams on project controls and lessons learned processes ensuring they are equipped to deliver complex project successfully.
- To facilitate knowledge sharing across the org, ensuring that lessons learned are shared and applied to future projects and that the best practices are identified and implemented.
- To analyze project performance data and report on key metrics, including schedule, cost, risk and resource allocation to identify areas of improvement and inform future project planning.
- To develop and maintain Lessons Learned tools and templated to ensure that project teams have the necessary resources to deliver complex projects successfully.
- To facilitate Lessons Learned workshops and learning sessions.
Qualifications
Requirement:
- 4-year university degree
- PMP is an asset
- Strong understanding of project controls principles and Lessons Learned process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience:
- Strong understanding of project controls principles, including scheduling, cost management, risk management and resource allocation
- Experience with Six Sigma/Kaizen/Lean Practices/Running Workshops
- Power Bl, MS Office, Experience with building and analyzing dashboards
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
