Job Overview
- Supporting Performance Improvement functional areas including reviewing Corrective Action Plan (CAPs), assisting in the development of CAPs including Vendor Corrective Action Process. Reviewing all Station Condition Records (SCRs).
- Coordinating, performing, or leading self-assessments (SAs) and validation of trends (VOTs). and Benchmarking.
- Support with data management, develop metrics, PowerBI reports. Tracking and trending data to proactively identify gaps,
- Lead investigations for any adverse conditions under the Enterprise Projects organization.
- Working with SCR, Corrective Action Process including Vendor Corrective Action Process., Benchmarking and Self Assessments.
- Working with OPEX and lesson learned.
- Working with Project Managers on Vendor Corrective Action Process and Oversight
- Supporting Darlington & Pickering Refurbishment Projects, Enterprise Project Management Organization
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in building effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Experience with Engineering principles and techniques.
- Proficient in developing executive level presentation materials, executive summaries, project documentation and reports.
- Proficient in collecting and analyzing data using MS Office tools.
- Demonstrated technical skills and the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Additional skills will include familiarity with MS VISO, MS Office, Power Bl Reporting
- Project Management Experience is an asset.
