Job Overview
- Prepare Design Change Packages such as Modifications. Temporary Modifications and Non-Identical Component Replacements for Mechanical, electrical/instrumentation/control design modifications
- Prepare design, calculations, design bills of material and address design related field issue
- Provide Engineering Change Control guidance, provide active support to field issues and Field Initiated Changes. and facilitate a positive outcome with EPC vendors
- Lead and participate in various stages of electrical engineering projects, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and performance standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and contractors to achieve project goals
- Apply our client’s ECC processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering practice
- Understand impacts on cost and schedule, and provide support to minimize impacts driving projects
Qualifications
- Degree in mechanical/ electrical/ electronics/ mechatronics /computer or software engineering is preferred
- Requires knowledge of English to communicate effectively, both orally and in written form and proficiency in technical report writing to develop, prepare and implement standards, methods, procedures, and comprehensive report
- In-depth knowledge of nuclear and engineering processes, codes, and standards.
- Experience with ECC processes is highly desirable
- People management skills or training, with the ability to mentor and guide team
